Payment

• Treatments and deliveries are accepted only upon payment in cash or by debit card.
• If desired, a cost estimate for treatment can be provided. Please note: a cost estimate is NOT a price agreement.
• In exceptional cases and only after consultation priorto treatment, it is possible to receive an invoice if the treatment costs more than 250 euros. In this case, we ask that you pay at least half of the amount immediately and settle the remaining balance in no more than two equal monthly installments. We also require a copy of your ID, and you will need to sign an agreement. Because this involves a significant amount of administrative work, we charge an administrative fee of 15.00 euros per invoice. If payment is not received, the invoice will be forwarded to a collection agency, which will charge additional fees.
• Returned medications and/or opened items (e.g., bags of pet food) will not be refunded.

(Treatment) agreements are governed by the General Terms and Conditions of the Royal Dutch Society for Veterinary Medicine, filed with the clerk’s office of the District Court of Utrecht under number 22/2008.
